What exactly is included in the free inspection?
We inspect your entire roof — shingles, flashing, valleys, ridges, gutters, and ventilation. We also check your siding for cracks, warping, and moisture issues. You'll receive photo documentation and a written summary of our findings.
How long does the inspection take?
Most inspections take 30-45 minutes. If we find damage that needs a closer look, it may take a bit longer. We'll walk you through everything on-site.
Do I need to be home during the inspection?
We can inspect the exterior without you present, but we recommend being there so we can walk you through our findings in person and answer any questions on the spot.
